25-minute Oral Presentation
Each talk is 25 minutes long. Presenters may dedicate
20 minutes to the presentation and 5 minutes for a
questions and answers session. The recommended software to be used is PowerPoint.
Graduate Program Director
In consideration of presenters who may be unable to attend a conference in person due to funding or time constraints, they are allowed to submit PowerPoint presentations (with video and/or audio). All virtual
presentations will be uploaded onto the conference website for the duration of the event.
We welcome submissions for presentation in either ORAL, POSTER or VIRTUAL formats. Other forms of presentation will be considered on request. Presenters can request to participate in individual video interviews which are posted online.
