A global thought leader, Dr. Hasib has led technology and cybersecurity strategy for almost 30 years in healthcare, education, biotechnology, and energy. He is a frequent speaker at local, national, and international conferences in healthcare information technology and cybersecurity and privacy.​

Dr. Hasib conducted a national study of cybersecurity compliance in healthcare in 2013 and published the results in a book titled Impact of Security Culture on Security Compliance in Healthcare in the United States of America. This work was cited in the references for ISC2’s new healthcare security and privacy certification.

​​​​​Dr. Sergey Ivanov's professional practice and scholarly interests are in the field of scientific organizational research in government, multinationals, and military organizations. He received Ph.D. from The George Washington University’s School of Business, working under the leadership of Dr. Elliott Jaques on dynamic theories in organizational science.

Professor Ivanov has taught management and organizational courses at the University of the District of Columbia, as well as The George Washington University, for over a decade, and provided consultancy services to a wide variety of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Fortune 1000 Corporations, and others clients.

Shannon Bergman is a 30 year veteran of the high-tech industry and is a business development manager for a systems integrator supporting high profile proof of concept engagements. Shannon is an Army veteran and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Shannon earned her MBA from Pepperdine University in 2003 and is currently a doctoral student in their Organizational Leadership program. Her dissertation topic is on the efficacy of transit-oriented development towards urban sustainability efforts. 
In 2013 Shannon was appointed into the role of planning commissioner for her city of San Carlos, CA.

As a researcher, Jordi Garcés Ferrer develops his work in Polibienestar Research Institute which is a specialized centre in public policy research and consultancy using an interdisciplinary methodological approach. His research has been focused on Comparative Social Policy in Europe, especially on ageing and social innovation and on the increase of efficiency and effectiveness of long term care policies in Europe. He has been the main researcher or member of research teams in nearly 100 projects and research contracts with European, Regional and Local Administrations. He has participated as an expert in the Commission of Social Policy of the Spanish Parliament and in different committees organized by the European Commission. Nowadays, he collaborates and participates in Brookings Institution, Washington DC.

Jordi Ferrer is an author/ co-author of 25 books written in Spanish, Valencian, German and English and more than 100 scientific papers and he has participated in almost 200 national and international conferences related to the design of public policies, management and assessment, especially in social policies. His work has appeared in publishers of international prestige such as Nova Publishers, Routledge, McGraw-Hill and Peter Lang. In 2009 he was awarded a Doctorate Honoris Causa by the University of San Pedro in the Republic of Peru, and in 2013 Doctorate Honoris Causa by the University of Encarnación of Paraguay. In 2011 his hometown (Puçol) gave him the title of Favourite Son. In 2010, 2011 and 2012 he was nominated for the Research Prize Jaume I by the Generalitat Valenciana.
