Dr. Elmira Ibrayeva is Vice-President of Kazakhstan Academy of Information and Business and associate professor at Kazakh American University. She is also a business-trainer at International Executive Training Centre at Kazakhstani Institute of Management and Economics (KIMEP).
Elmira Ibrayeva is a graduate of ACCELS Faculty Development Program, sponsored by US Government. She was trained at Florida State University (USA) and pursued research studies on transitional economies. Elmira presented her work at the US Eastern Economic Association Conference in New York City. She earns a Doctor of Sciences in International Relations History. Elmira Ibrayeva was a member of US Eastern Economic Association.

Cortney Baker, a speech therapist, business owner and native Texan, is a Doctoral Candidate at Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership with a focus on women’s leadership development, particularly women in healthcare. She is owner and CEO of a pediatric home healthcare business that employs 300 people and helps 1500 patients throughout Texas.
Cortney was named a 2015 final for Texas Business Woman of the Year. She has also become a much sought after executive leadership coach for women attempting to achieve their full career potential. Cortney brings her humor, whit, experience, and savvy to each situation and is able to help other women “just be real”.
